being sad doesn’t mean you will be sad just one time. it could mean that you are carrying grief or a weight on your chest from something terrible.

or you don’t have to have a reason for being sad. just like you don’t have to have a reason for being happy.

being sad is ok. i’m allowed to be sad. and just because i’m sad doesn’t mean i want to be happy again right away either.

i could need help to get back to being happy again, but i think i’m ok for now.

so i don’t need help, not just yet. but thank you for being there in case i do.
